The very first Octane User Group (TOUG) Meet for 2014 was held in Mumbai at The Orchid Hotel in Vile Parle (E). An exclusive, invite only event, the meet featured two great informative sessions by our speakers, interactive Q&A discussions and an open networking session for all our delegates.

TOPICS:
This time, the meet was all about Big Data, Analytics, Research and sharing the findings with the larger community. Keeping that in mind, the topics for TOUG Mumbai were as follows:

Session 1: ‘The Findings of Aimia’s India loyalty survey – Now Is The Time’
Session 2: ‘The State of Email Marketing in India – Findings from the Research Series’


First Session:

vikram-adige-26-feb-2014 It was our pleasure to host as our guest speaker, Mr. Vikram Adige, Director Business Development at AIMIA India. He shared with us the findings of AIMIA’s latest customer loyalty research in urban India, focused on Millennials and how their rapidly evolving loyalty expectations need to be met by businesses. Vikram brought to the session 18 years of experience and knowledge from successful stints at AIMIA, Welcome Real-Time, Capgemini, Ernst & Young, US Robotics / 3Com and Lear / Masland Industries. At AIMIA, his responsibilities cover business development, knowledge development and corporate marketing.


Second Session:

punit-modhgil-26-feb-2014 We are also very excited to share that the second session was presented by our very own Co-Founder and Managing Director, Mr. Punit Modhgil who shared research findings on the ‘State of Email Marketing in India’. Punit is one of the leading marketers in the country and the guiding force behind the Annual India e-Marketing Research Reports. In this closed door and highly interactive session, Punit shared the top highlights, insights and findings from Octane’s Annual India e-Marketing Report 2014 – Igniting Engagement and the Inbox Report on Email Marketing.
