The third Octane User Group (TOUG) Meet for 2014 was held at The Orchid Hotel in Vile Parle (E), Mumbai. An exclusive, invite only event, the meet features two great informative sessions by our speakers, interactive Q&A discussions and an open networking session for all our delegates.

TOPICS:
This time, the meet was all about Digital Marketer and Brand building. Keeping that in mind, the topics for TOUG Mumbai were as follows:

Session 1: ‘Quantum Physics & the Digital Marketer’
Session 2: ‘Brand Building through Story Telling’


First Session:

jaimit-doshi-17-jun-2014 Our guest speaker for the first session of this meet was Mr. Jaimit Doshi (Head of Marketing at Kotak Securities); who shared his thoughts and insights on the topic, ‘Quantum Physics & the Digital Marketer’. Jaimit brought to the sessions over 12 years of experience at Kotak Group, where he works across different business functions like sales, marketing, products and customer service. His marketing insights stem from his 15 year experience in diverse sectors like FMCG, technology, entertainment, media and BFSI. His expertise lies in both online and offline marketing, sales, strategy, brand management and online advertisement to name a few.


Second Session:

ashish-khazanchi-17-jun-2014 Our second guest speaker for the evening was Mr. Ashish Khazanchi (Managing Partner at Enormous) and he talked about ‘Brand Building through Story Telling’. Ashish is the Alumnus of Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore (IIMB) and started his professional career Ogilvy & Mather. He worked as the Vice Chairman and NCD of Publicis Ambience and then stepped out to be an entrepreneur. In the advertising world he is known for his really catchy Tata Sky campaign ‘Isko Laga Dalla toh Life Jinga Lala’.
