Position: Account Manager
Experience: Minimum 1 to 3 years
CTC: Negotiable for the right candidate
Job Location: Delhi

Job Description:

  • Responsible for progressing on the strategic direction of each account identified, managing client relationships across complex matrix structures, maintaining budgets and developing commercial awareness
  • Ensuring seamless client interfacing and project management, with a focus on timely completion of interim and major deadlines with accurate execution of the strategy / Plans which meets client’s requirement
  • Contribute to the analytical and creative thought process in new business development pitches and ongoing projects; interface with all departments in the development of strategically sound marketing communications plans
  • Creative – being able to work with an internal design team, forming opinions on creative options and providing feedback
  • Briefing different teams and progressing work with monthly reviews in detail for each client
  • To build and maintain strong client relationships

  • Confidence in using digital and social media; you are a ‘fresh thinker’ who gets digital
  • Someone with a good analytical mind who can create monthly reports, analyze the results and feel confident explaining and sharing insights based on trends
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment; intense curiosity and a dedication to learning and continuous improvement of his/her skills
  • Natural Communicator with the ability to converse with clients at all levels of seniority
  • Good social skills – you can work in a team and have a sense of fun
  • You are a driven self-starter with strong commercial awareness; a drive to achieve your best
  • The ability to think strategically, positively and with an intuitive feel for consumer insight
  • Should be confident to make pitches to clients
  • A Graduate with interest/professional qualification in Marketing or Business Studies with up to 1+ years of work experience in customer facing roles
